Job Description

Analyze the global business demands, such as the service level agreements, asset location by country and validation, key performance indicators and global linguistic queries for the demonstration and sales organization of Cisco. The analysis will require utilization of Cisco’s internal software.
Configure and keep up to date, according to Cisco’s needs, Cisco’s proprietary systems.
Analysis / Design / Development and Support for the tools and Applications created for clients or in house operations using Open source technologies like Java / Javascript / AJAX / PHP.
Generate standard and ad-hoc reports directly from Oracle, databases using SQL. Standard reporting includes, among others, global real-time services levels, global real time reporting, tracking of Cisco “owned” asset, and systematically writing code and quires tying the “three” Cisco systems together to include proper migration of Cisco assets
Create highly formatted reports using various enterprises reporting tools. The reports range from proprietary financial reports of current global vales of Cisco owned assets to a custom report for specific operation statistics for Cisco senior management.
Prepare, regularly, scheduled refresh and delivery of time-sensitive and highly visible reports. The reports are shared operational reports provided to Cisco and utilized by Genesis for business operational excellence.
Firm understanding of current operations, processes, and systems, and how to best build reports that most accurately represents its inputs. All reports are developed by Genesis and used by Genesis/Cisco for global operational controls and ensure global legal customs compliance.
In-depth analysis on complex issues related to material forecasting, capacity planning, performance metrics, user behavior, and failure analysis for a rotating inventory.
Interface directly with external client management teams, effectively managing expectations, requirements, and deliverables.
Support for high priority cases and managing infrastructures as per Service Level Agreements.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering, or a related or equivalent.

Plus 5 years progressive experience as an IT Business Analyst, Analyzing Cisco’s Internal Software and Java, JavaScript, AJAX, and PHP.
